The original tabletop broke during shipping but the two owners replaced it immediately with no issue at all.

The delivery and packaging of the table was really well done. They called me a couple of days in advance to schedule a time for the delivery. The delivery was white-glove and the table came really well protected. Most importantly the table is beautiful in person.
